NITTEL round-bottom liners

NITTEL round-bottom liners are made up of a pipe-shaped lining part and a round bottom plate. Both parts are welded together using a special method. This technology provides a high level of tear resistance. The accurate fit reduces the formation of creases and pockets, which is often a problem with ordinary flat bags, and allows residual filling product to be removed almost completely.
Use:
  • Pails: 5 to 40 litres
  • Plastic drums: From 30 to 150 litres
  • Steel drums: From 200 to 225 litres
Versions:
  • Open at the top, can be turned down
  • Sealable with a clip seal
Material:
  • Monofoils made of LDPE (antistatic and conductive), HDPE (antistatic and conductive)and Polyamide
  • Coextrusion foils (antistatic and conductive)
  • Aluminium compound foils
Application Examples:
NITTEL LDPE round-bottom liners:
Ideal for liquid, paste-like material, powder and granulates
NITTEL polyamide round-bottom liners:
Ideal for hot fillings of up to 160 °C and for products with a high solvent content
NITTEL coextrusion foil round-bottom liners:
Ideal for hot fillings of up to 120 °C and for products with solvent content, e.g. lacquers
NITTEL aluminium compound foil round-bottom liners:
Ideal for (reactive) hot-melt adhesives
NITTEL inliners for
