Thanks to the robust fabric outer shell, even heavy loads can be transported in a big bag (or FIBC). The inner cover then takes over the topics of keeping the product clean, sealing and discharging static charges. With longitudinal strips on the body of the inner cover, they are made in such a way that they can be sewn into the FIBC.

Beer tank inliners consist of plastic films specially developed for beer storage. They are tailored to the extreme temperature conditions and pressure conditions in the storage tank. The driving pressure and the service life are decisive for choosing the appropriate beer tank cover. The special laying method during packaging ensures self-development during filling.

Drum lid discs are ideal for protecting your barrels from moisture and dirt when stored outdoors. They “snap” over the edge of the drum lid and thus offer additional protection against contamination. This very highly UV-resistant version for barrel and lid barrels offers the best possible protection for your barrels against weather and dirt.

Form-Inliners® slide easily into the container and are slightly stiffer, smoother and thicker than round bottom bags. They provide the secondary container with a second skin that is quite tight on the inside and have a collar that is placed over the border of the barrel to allow clean filling. Also ideal for emptying the keg using a follow-up plate. They are produced by heating and thermoforming a slightly thicker, previously custom-made film, which is almost thin.

Form-Inliners® are ideal for agitators because the agitator does not warp the liner and can therefore wrinkle. Even where a liquid is pumped out and there are frictional forces on the inner wall, the somewhat stiffer use has its advantages. This is the case when handling paints, varnishes or silicones, in particular when emptying viscous materials with drum following plate pumps. Another application is the production of cosmetics or pasty products in the food sector.

Form-Lids

Form lids (also mold lids) are usually used in combination with form inliners. They are placed just over the border of a filled, open steel barrel before the barrel lid seals it. They therefore serve as an intermediate layer between the mold cover and the product. The lid is protected against dirt, so that you can use it again after opening without cleaning.

No need to clean the drum lid. Protects the product in addition. Ideal in combination with Form-Inliners®. The keg lid is still easy to close.

Round bottom bags are made from a tubular material to which a round bottom is welded. This weld has excellent tensile strength and is liquid-tight. Thanks to the exact shape, round bottom bags fit the hobbock or the barrel. This prevents wrinkles, which often occur when inserting a flat bag.

LDPE round bottom bags are ideal for all types of liquids, powders or granules. They are often used in the chemical industry or in the pharmaceutical sector. When filling products with higher temperatures (up to 180°C), the polyamide variant is used. The same polyamide products are ideal for temperatures of up to 180°C and for solvent-based products. A third material is used when it comes to filling reactive PUR hotmelts, namely aluminum composite films. The main customer here is the adhesive industry.

Protective covers (including dust caps) are the ideal disposable protection to protect cleaned containers from contamination until they are used. They are available for hobbocks, barrels and mixing containers. They provide a simple and safe solution against contamination of containers prepared for filling and can be easily disposed of after use. The antistatic property prevents plastic particles or dust from settling on the protective cover, where they can then get into the cleaned barrel when removed.

Cleaning barrels is sometimes unavoidable. This is often time-consuming. Protective covers help to ensure that the effort was not in vain and that the keg really remains clean until it is refilled. They are simply placed over the clean, empty keg. This means that drums and containers can be stored for any length of time and are as clean when filled as they were just after cleaning.

The basic manufacturing principle is simple but effective: A circular cut base is placed horizontally on a stamp and a suitable hose is placed vertically over it.
Our experienced specialists guarantee the highest speed and quality. Production is carried out strictly in accordance with HACCP guidelines. In addition to our manual manufacturing systems, our machinery also includes fully and semi-automatic systems, which further optimize the manufacturing process. In November 2022, we put the latest closed container lining (GBA) plant into operation.
